Liabilities
MERCED MALL CAR WASH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO:
Antennas not fully removed or lowered by you; loose equipment or trim that comes off upon contact with the cloth brushes; the interior of the vehicle resulting from water entering through windows not fully secured by you; defective or damaged vinyl tops; faulty equipment or existing problems with the conditions of the vehicle, vehicle altered from factory construction; vehicles with less than 5 inches of clearance underneath or more than 84 inches in height of vehicle. it is your responsibility to check this prior to us washing your vehicle; the Merced Mall Car Wash DOES NOT check for this clearance. We are not responsible for any articles or money left in your vehicle; please take them with you or lock them in your trunk. If any damage occurs to your vehicle due to our fault, you agree to obtain a minimum or two estimates one of which will be from a shop of our choice. Merced mall car wash is responsible for only the cost of repairs and not for any personal time and or any other incidental costs. For your safety, please be alert of moving vehicles and slippery surfaces.
Service policies
- we will not remove visible liter from the interior of your vehicle and only empty ash trays upon requests
- we will vacuum seats, consoles and all floors
- trucks and rear cargo areas of vans, wagons, hatchbacks etc. will be vacuumed upon special request only
- all water soluble soils and films will be safely removed from exterior surfaces
- the exterior will be rinsed and dried
- all interior and exterior windows will be washed and dried
- we will dust off the dash board, instrument panels and center consoles
